Rome
Rome will always have my heart. It was my first European city to visit.
I love everything about this country–the food, wine, lifestyle, architecture, and history. Oh, and it looks really good on camera too.
To Do & See
Villa Borghese – A beautiful park with pretty tall Italian trees beginning of Via del Corso.
Orange Garden (Giardino degli Aranci) – An absolute must-see! Either walk up here or take a cap to this garden that overlooks Rome.
Campo de' Fiori – A daily open-air market that sells everything from fresh fruits & vegetables to olive oil, pasta, and clothes.
Knights of Malta Keyhole at Il Buco della Serratura – Next to the Orange Garden sits a door with a keyhole featuring a perfect view of the St. Peter’s Basilica.
Basilica di Santa Maria – A beautiful church in Trastevere neighborhood
Il Pincio – A hill that overlooks Rome. Have a cab take you up here on the way to dinner one night.
