Glowing Green Smoothie
Guest post by Natalie Kimmel (@natcatkim)
Hi, I’m Natalie!
Krista and I have been roommates and co-workers for years now. We’ve gotten to experience everything from college orientation to a recent Paris trip together. You could say that we get along pretty well. Since college, we’ve come to realize that we also work well together, especially when it comes to creative projects. Whether we’re working on an infographic for our 9-5 or a blog post for YGF, our strengths and weaknesses complement each other in a way that makes for great collaboration.
I’m excited to now have my own little piece of YGF through my guest posts. I’ll be sharing my favorite ways to add a little more fun to everyday life. Topics will cover food, beauty, music and more. I hope to inspire YGF readers to elevate their day-to-day activities. That could include anything from my recipe for Parisian-inspired omelets to the most bitchin’ Spotify playlists. Please follow along!
My first post features my new favorite breakfast routine, the glowing green smoothie. It's the best way to get you daily dose of fruit & veggies, plus some superfoods like chia seeds, goji berries, and maca powder (optional). Its delish too! We like to add in a few tablespoons of collagen peptide powder for an added dose of beauty. Enjoy!
XO,
Natalie

Happy National Chili Day! Winter dining at my house consists of spaghetti, soups, and of course, chili. I suppose its no surprise that this holiday falls in February…
